RETROSPECTIVE 2024:
We are making you (re)discover the 12 points of improvement that marked the year 2024 for Tastelweb®.
Database
No. 1: Personalization, confidentiality : categorization
It will be possible to create test categories that group similar tests together.
- Test family : by company department, R&D project, production site, etc.
- Products / samples
: by brand, by product type/category

Database
No. 2: Common database : perimeters with access rights
This concerns companies that opt for a database common to several leader/facilitator panels.
It will be possible to provide differentiated access rights to preserve confidentiality of a service, a subsidiary, an R&D project, etc.
- owner (modification, deletion of the project, definition of team...)
- editor (creator of a test, a results report)
- drive
(simple reader of results reports)

New tests

Very useful approach in industrial processes purchasing raw materials or of product control to categorize the samples.
1 - A new descriptive method
based on a qualitative scale of perception!
- “Applicability”, good correspondence of a descriptor to an odor
- Consensus facilitated by families of descriptors

2 - Possibility of deciding by consensus for
product categorization or compliance issues. Automated flows with information systems (ERP, SAP, etc.)

- Historical of participation in each test
- Traceability and follow-up
- Triangular
: monitoring and performance

General
No. 5: Single invitation and test chaining

- For an anonymous panel, access the questionnaire via a unique QR code, for all panelists.

Database
No. 6: Possible mass data archiving
- Goal: keep tests local
- Selection of archives, by period, by type of tests

2/ Improve the results in the case of different phases :
- be able to filter first of all, when extracting data (either over all phases or phase by phase), in order to be able to create phase-specific synonym dictionaries, if necessary.
- title the phase name in the results.

Consumer tests
No. 12: new features !
- Possible insertion of images
- Possible insertion of emoticons
