Description

. Recipe is an easy-to-use and very flexible software allowing to manage all the information necessary for the development of a product, from the creation of its formula, to the edition of its technical data sheet for production.

Products are formulated from raw materials, blends, pre-mixes or even assigned packaging that is simply dragged and dropped into the formulation. As these elements are added, the system automatically consolidates the characteristics of the ingredients, and displays the data in terms of:

- Nutritional characteristics,
- Allergens,

- Loss and shrinkage management,

- Costs,

- List of ingredients, tree structure,

- Labeling of products,...

A report generator helps the user to obtain reports, and facilitate any query of the database, such as the search for finished products acceptable for particular diets, without salt, without eggs, or even Kosher...

Formula optimization functions also provide valuable assistance to formulators through the availability of real-time information when designing formulas on the price or the fat or vitamin content, for example. The management of product labeling is an essential function, with the possibility of editing the list of ingredients according to different languages (Western, Arabic, and Asian) or even according to the labels of the recipient customer.

Data security is managed very finely by the functions accessible by user, and by the localization of data. The system is able to import information from different existing systems: Excel, SAP, central systems, and can manage any kind of products intended for human or animal food.

All the parameters necessary for the management of the system can be very easily set up by the user.

The system then offers complete flexibility to add nutritional monitoring parameters, equations or new allergens…

It is possible to reconstitute ingredients (% whole eggs from whites and yolks, for example), equivalents in % of fresh fruit from concentrates, to consider several choices of labels per ingredient, for adjuvants for example, to make groupings, separations, to label according to different languages….
