The main point is to observe a formula or a recipe is generating one product profile and one only, and so, if we consider now several recipes, each one will give a product profile, and thus, we can get a model to link the Recipe or Instrumental part with the Sensory part.

Now, having built this model or relationships between these two data groups, if we are introducing Sensory data, by 'REVERSE INGENEERING' techniques, we can get a new recipe, result of this targeted sensory product profile.
