3. Management of nutritional characteristics

The user can define himself all nutritional characteristics to follow.


Then, for each ingredient, it is possible either to enter information manually, or transfer them to a database or Excel, if they are already present within the company, or, to automatically fill these fields in a database provided with nutritional external software (Mc Cance and Widdowson, or the USDA Nutrient database):


It is then possible to view all the nutritional characteristics for the whole formula, automatically, and for each level of product development:
